these drawings are made on a thick warm light beige color paper, 50x70cm. I’ve used thin pencils and sometimes colorpencil too. The titles are on their way, but sometimes they don’t appear to me immediately, they’ll come!
They were created in an attempt to let my subconscious imagination flow, almost like when I dream. I draw what somehow seems to be projected onto the paper. It’s a very slow process, made up of many thin layers. I usually work on more than one drawing at a time, so as not to force the development of a result. The motifs apparently resemble recognizable natural elements such as plants and animals. They speak of the continuous transformation of nature, the fluid transitions that exist between creation and decay, life and death. There may be elements that are deliberately unfinished or seem blurred. Like glimpses of something in constant change.
